Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Silent Call Reminder Team ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Silent Call Reminder mobile application (the "App"). The App is designed to help you notice important incoming calls when your device is silent, in Do Not Disturb mode, or otherwise easy to miss.
The App is built to keep its core reminder data locally on your device. We do not currently operate a separate user account system or show ads. The App offers a Premium subscription through Google Play and uses Internet access for Google Play Billing and the third-party analytics and attribution SDKs described in this Policy.
Application Name: Silent Call Reminder

1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies only to the Silent Call Reminder App. It does not apply to third-party websites, device operating system features, Google Play, Android system settings, or other services that may be linked from or used by your device.
2. Summary of Our Data Practices
- The App stores your reminder settings, selected important numbers, selected contacts, language preference, and limited alert history locally on your device.
- The App accesses phone state so it can detect incoming calls and trigger your configured reminder.
- The App may access your contacts only when you grant permission and choose contacts for important-call reminders.
- If you grant notification access, the App processes notification source, title, and text locally to provide SMS and selected-app reminders.
- The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and performance.
- The App uses the Tenjin SDK to measure app installs, attribution, and user acquisition performance.
- The App does not sell your personal data and does not show advertising in the current version.
- The App offers a Premium subscription through Google Play. Google Play processes payment details; the App receives subscription product and purchase-status information needed to provide and restore Premium access.
3. Information the App Accesses or Stores
3.1 Incoming call state and call-related data
When you grant the phone state permission, the App can detect whether the device is ringing, idle, or in a call. On supported Android versions and devices, the App may receive the incoming phone number while the phone is ringing. The App uses this information locally to decide whether to trigger a reminder for all calls or only for selected important numbers and contacts.
The App does not upload incoming call state or incoming phone numbers to our servers. The App's alert history stores only a limited local history of real-call reminder events, such as timestamp, result, and reminder details. It is not designed to store a full call log.
3.2 Contacts selected by you
If you enable selected-contact reminders and grant contact permission, the App lets you pick contacts from your device. For contacts that you choose, the App may store the contact display name, phone number, normalized phone number, contact lookup key, and enabled or paused status. This information is stored locally so the App can match future incoming calls against your selected contacts.
The App does not publish, upload, sell, or share your contact information. The App does not read your entire contact list for marketing or profiling.
3.3 Numbers and labels entered by you
You may manually add important phone numbers and labels. The App stores the number, normalized number, label, and enabled or paused status locally on your device.
3.4 App settings and preferences
The App stores settings needed to provide its core features, including reminder enabled status, target mode, alert mode, reminder duration, vibration pattern, selected sound, quiet hours, scenario mode, background guard status, battery optimization confirmation, autostart confirmation, language preference, and language setup status.
3.5 Device feature status
The App checks certain device feature states so it can show setup guidance and run reminders, including notification permission status, notification channel importance, Do Not Disturb access status, battery optimization status, vibrator availability, and alarm volume. These checks are used locally and are not transmitted to us.
3.6 Notification access and selected apps
If you grant Android notification access, the App can detect notifications posted by other apps. It processes the source app package name and label and may read the notification title, text, expanded text, text lines, and subtext. This information is used locally to identify SMS or notifications from apps you selected and to display the reminder alert.
The App stores the package names and labels of recently detected or selected source apps so you can configure reminders. When a reminder is triggered or skipped, the source and a shortened notification title or message may be stored in the App's local alert history for up to 30 days. This information is not transmitted to us, Google/Firebase, or Tenjin. Android notification access can be revoked at any time in system settings.
3.7 Analytics, attribution, and device identifiers
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and the Tenjin SDK. These services may collect or receive technical data such as app-instance identifiers, Android Advertising ID when available and allowed by Android and Google Play settings, App Set ID, install referrer, app install and session information, app lifecycle events, device model, operating system version, language, country or coarse location derived from masked IP address, network information, and SDK version information.
We use this data to measure app installs, attribution, user acquisition performance, app usage, reliability, and product performance. We do not use these SDKs to show ads in the App. We have configured Firebase Analytics to disable advertising ID collection and ad personalization signals where supported. Tenjin may use advertising and device identifiers for attribution and analytics. Users can reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through Android or Google settings where available.
We currently use Tenjin for basic install and session attribution. We do not currently send purchase, subscription, ad revenue, or custom marketing event data to Tenjin.
3.8 Android backup and device transfer
The App allows Android's standard backup behavior. Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, and Google account backup settings, Android may back up app data such as locally stored settings to your Google account or transfer it to a new device. That backup or transfer is provided by Android and Google, not by our own servers. You can manage this through your device and Google account settings.
3.9 Subscription and purchase information
When you view, purchase, restore, or manage Premium, the App communicates with Google Play Billing. Google Play may provide the App with subscription product details, available offers, localized pricing, purchase state, purchase token, and acknowledgement status. The App uses this information to show available offers, launch the Google Play purchase flow, verify whether Premium access is active, acknowledge completed purchases, restore access, and direct you to Google Play subscription management.
Payment credentials and transaction processing are handled by Google Play. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card number, bank account number, or Google account password. Google processes billing data under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. How We Use Information
The App uses local reminder information to provide its reminder features, including detecting incoming calls, matching selected numbers or contacts, playing sound and vibration alerts, showing notification controls, remembering your settings, applying quiet hours, and displaying recent reminder history.
The App also uses analytics and attribution data from Firebase and Tenjin to understand installation sources, app usage, service reliability, and product performance.
The App uses subscription product and purchase-status information from Google Play to display offers, process and acknowledge purchases, provide Premium access, restore purchases, and show subscription status.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide features you request, perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security, reliability, analytics, and attribution, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where requested. You may withdraw a permission or consent through Android settings, but affected features may stop working.
7. Sharing and Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share or make available analytics and attribution data to Google/Firebase and Tenjin so they can provide analytics, attribution, reporting, service maintenance, and related processing for the App. We do not share your selected contacts, manually entered important numbers, or alert history with Google/Firebase or Tenjin.
Google/Firebase and Tenjin may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing may include service providers, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, aggregated reporting, and service improvement.
Google Play processes subscription transactions and related billing information under Google's terms and privacy policy. We receive only the product and purchase-status information needed to operate Premium and do not receive your full payment credentials.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored by the App remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's storage, uninstall the App, or reset your device. You can remove manually added important numbers and selected contacts inside the App. You can also delete all App data through Android system settings.
Because the current version of the App does not create separate user accounts, we do not maintain server-side account records for you to delete. Google Play retains transaction and subscription records according to Google's settings, legal obligations, and policies. Analytics and attribution data handled by Google/Firebase or Tenjin may be retained according to their service settings and policies. If you contact us for privacy help, we will respond based on the information you provide in your request.
9. Security
The App stores its local settings and reminder data in Android private app storage. Other apps should not be able to access this storage unless your device operating system allows it, your device is compromised, or you choose to back up or transfer app data through Android features. Analytics and attribution data sent to Firebase or Tenjin is encrypted in transit where supported by those services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the App is designed to minimize risk by limiting network transmission to analytics and attribution needs.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose whether to grant or deny Android permissions. If you deny permissions such as phone state, contacts, notifications, Do Not Disturb access, or battery optimization exceptions, some reminder features may not work as intended.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal data. Since the current version stores reminder data locally on your device and does not create accounts, most control over reminder data is available directly on your device. You may also reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through Android or Google settings where available. You may contact us at zhouhao@jimuyunxiang.cn for privacy questions or requests.
You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription through Google Play. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. Requests concerning payment methods, transaction records, or Google Play refunds should be submitted through Google Play.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can review the issue.
12. International Users
The current version of the App is designed to process reminder data locally on your device. Analytics and attribution providers such as Google/Firebase and Tenjin may process data in countries or regions outside your country of residence according to their own terms and privacy policies. Android backup, Google Play, or device manufacturer services may also process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, when our data practices change, or when legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or the App's data practices, contact us at zhouhao@jimuyunxiang.cn.
For the contractual terms that apply to the App and Premium, see our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
