These Subscription Terms apply to the Premium subscription offered in the Silent Call Reminder Android application (package name: com.bjjimuyx.phoneremind) by Silent Call Reminder Team ("we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription provided through Google Play. While the subscription is active, it provides ongoing access to the Premium reminder features identified in the app. The app also identifies any functionality that remains available without a subscription.
Eligible new subscribers may receive the free-trial duration shown in the app and on the Google Play purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and renews at the weekly price, currency, and applicable tax shown by Google Play. Google Play determines eligibility, and a trial may not be available more than once.
The subscription renews until canceled. You may manage or cancel it at any time through Google Play Subscriptions. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the free trial ends. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the current billing period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, access generally continues through the current paid period. Payments and refund requests are handled by Google Play under its policies. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
Prices, taxes, and currencies vary by country or region. Google Play displays or communicates changes under applicable rules and requests consent when required.
If a payment fails, Google Play may retry payment or apply a grace period or account hold under the subscription settings and applicable Google Play rules. Premium access may be limited or end if the subscription is no longer active.
Features depend on device permissions, system capabilities, network access, and Google Play services. Alerts are not guaranteed in every device state or third-party app and must not be used as an emergency, safety, or medical service.
We may change Premium features or these Subscription Terms where permitted by law. Material price or subscription changes will be displayed or communicated through Google Play when required. Ending use of the app or clearing app data does not cancel the subscription.
For purchase, trial, renewal, and cancellation details, the Google Play purchase screen and applicable Google Play terms also apply. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
